做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
