做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
