做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
