做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
