做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
