做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
