做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
