做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。
