做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
