做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
