做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
