做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
