做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。
