做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
