做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
