做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。
