做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
