做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。
