做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
