做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
