做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
