做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。
