做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
