做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
