做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。
