做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
