做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
