做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
