做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
