做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。
