做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
