做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
