做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
