做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的(de )时候(hòu )加入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
