做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。
