做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
