做(zuò )法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
