做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
