做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
