做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
