做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
