做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
