做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。
