做法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
