做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
