做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。
