做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
