做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
