做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。
