做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。
